ECOMMERCE TRADE EXECUTIVE
Amazing opportunity to join an Australian-owned global fashion retailer with more than 100 retail stores across Australia, a successful online business as well as concession locations in Myer & selected strategic retail partners.
Role Purpose:
Seeking a retail-trade loving and results driven eCommerce Trade Executive who will be responsible for delivering quality eCommerce initiatives that will lead to exceptional brand, customer and commercial outcomes for the brands website and it's sub brands.
Key Accountabilities:
- In conjunction with brand & business stakeholders; ensure the websites are market leading, providing a seamless brand & customer experience across both websites.
- Support the Head of Digital with ongoing development of website UX, CR, AOV & revenue initiatives.
- Drive commercial results for the brands though daily site optimisation.
- Maintain Digital Production Calendar for both brands, ensuring seasonality is reflected as required.
- Oversee daily/weekly execution content & creative of new season, promo, product updates.
- Manage all content (product/brand) on both websites and marketplaces (Myer) and brief creative assets to meet market & marketing opportunities.
- Own the product enrichment process including optimising SEO, product descriptions, tagging and site merchandising.
- Daily online merchandising and copywriting edits for Customer & SEO optimisation.
- Organise, manage & execute eCommerce Photoshoots including sample collation together with Creative Manager.
- Write detailed graphics briefs and ensure completion by set due date. Support the Digital Marketing Manager with broader Digital Marketing briefs as required.
- Track Shopify, SEO & Google Analytics, Plerdy data for informed insights & recommendations and Provide daily, weekly and monthly reporting to show results of all events/activity.
About You:
- 3+ years' experience in a similar role, in an eCommerce retail environment
- Experience working across multiple websites.
- Proficient in Google Analytics and other web analytical tools.
- Data driven, analytical and resultsoriented, with an appetite for constant testing and optimization.
- Measurable experience with both creative and analytical digital marketing (EDM, Campaign).
- Experience with optimization, A/B testing.
- Experience with Shopify.
- Intermediate level of skill across Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign.
