The primary purpose of the Factory Foreman role is to assist the overall Factory manufacturing facility efficiency and operations to ensure:

• Daily set up for production line including material preparation for tradesOpening and/or closing the facility for all employees and contractors
• Monthly, weekly, and daily stock control
• Plant is maintained in a clean and efficient state
• Plant operates in a safe manner and is compliant with OH&S regulations/ISO protocols as directed by OHS officer and/or Production Manager
• Great communication with other team members including Production Manager, Onsite Project Managers, Contractors, Office and QA/ logistics staff
• Production system operates to "lean" Principles, is efficient and cost effective
• Setting up of Chassis in a timely manner
• Preparation and pack up of homes, completion of checklist and home ready for dispatch/transport
• Working in a disciplined manner under direction of the Production Manager to ensure maximum efficiency of time
• Oversee and Coordinate Factory hand staff, set out daily tasks in accordance with factory facility efficiency
• Ad hoc Administration and Factory tasks as directed by the Production Manager in their absence
• Working as a team player.
