Working within our Corporate Division, you'll join a collaborative, cohesive team directly contributing to the success of our business every day.
  • An excellent opportunity exists for an experienced Receptionist to join our Corporate Team in our Milton office, in Brisbane. This will be a 12 month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave.
  • Key responsibilities will include:
  • Managing visitor traffic in a secure and positive manner and impart on them a professional first impression.
  • Managing all incoming calls and phone messages.
  • Coordination of local couriers, incoming and outgoing.
  • Assisting with the sorting and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Providing ad hoc administrative support to the Administration Coordinator, including assisting the Accounts team with purchase orders and invoicing.
  • To be successful in this role you will have:
  • Excellent communication, time management and organisation skills, combined with a passion for service delivery.
  • Flexible and positive attitude with the ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Professional presentation as the first point of contact for all staff and visitors.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
