Our client offers an extensive selection of portable buildings, portable toilets, storage containers, and temporary fencing options available for rent in the Adelaide Metro area and throughout South Australia.

Located at our Burton depot and office, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Officer.

Reporting directly to the Sales Manager - Hire, this position presents a unique chance to join a dynamic team and play an integral role in our daily operations.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Process the product according to the customer's specifications, ensuring both quality and safety.
  • Addressing customer inquiries with utmost professionalism.
  • Promote every product and service offered across the company.
  • Deliver highquality customer service to both internal and external clients.
  • General maintenance of office.
  • Maintaining neat work area.
  • Identify and elevate opportunities for enhancement.
  • Submit and follow up on quotations according to customer requirements for rental services.
  • Phone and sales service.
  • Coordinate with dispatch and yard staff.
  • Assist with administrative roles and responsibilities as needed.
  • Assisting the Hiring Manager as instructed.
  • General administration tasks.

To be successful, you should possess:

  • Essential computer literacy skills
  • Knowledge of Hire Industry would be beneficial.
  • Exceptional multitasking and task prioritization abilities.
  • Pleasant phone manner and professional demeanor
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
