About the role
A highly reputable retail technology business is rapidly expanding in the Melbourne market and is seeking an experienced and people focused Customer Service Representative to support their growing client base.
You will be able to meet clients and build great business relationships while given the opportunity to grow with the company and learn directly from the Customer Operations Manager.
Responsibilities
- Provide systems support and excellent customer service
- Database management of customer account information
- Develop business and build long lasting business relationships
- Attend client meetings and events
- Manage a large range of clients and be the main point of contact
- General adhoc duties as requested by management
- Previous customer service experience within retail or corporate environments.
- Good computer skills and knowledge.
- High attention to detail;
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- Professional approach to work and strong work ethic
