About the role

Skills and experience required

Reside in Brisbane or wish to relocate.
Intermediate to advanced skills in PowerBI, Excel, and SQL
Previous experience in an IT Help Desk Operations Support role or similar ideal.
Great if you have some CRM Ticketing Experience
Ideally Dynamics 365 Customer Service, JIRA and Confluence

- implementation of new systems/solutions as needed to support evolving processes for the Tech Support Team.
