Right now, we are experiencing rapid growth and are seeking a
Project Coordinator to join the Above Water Systems team.

In this role, you will contribute to the critical outcomes of the Royal Australian Navy by delivering complex, state-of-the-art programs designed to keep Australia safe.

You will assist an expert team to success by setting the vision, building the plan and using your unique leadership skills to foster a strong and safe team culture that delivers truly innovative solutions.

The
Project Coordinator can look forward to the following essential elements in this exciting role:

  • Assist the day to day running of the projects such as budgets, schedules, and documentation.
  • Scheduling stakeholder meetings/documents and reporting.
  • Foster cross team collaboration to help the projects complete tasks and produce deliverables.
  • Support project procurement processes.
  • A liaison between the Project Teams and senior management.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications

  • University Degree in Business, Project Management, or equivalent experience with minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience.
  • Experience in tracking and managing documentation, project costs and scope management.
  • Proven ability to work in a hightempo environment and complete work on time and with accuracy, coupled with excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience in a Defence related industry is desirable.
