Job Description:
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to play an important role in the success of the Executive team, acting as an interface by filtering and attending to their day-to-day functions.
While this role is maternity leave cover, business growth means it is likely right person can join us in a permanent role.
We are a dynamic business so you will have exemplary time management skills and the ability to identify and anticipate the CEO's needs.
This role must interact seamlessly and with a professional demeanor across a broad range of individuals including members of the Executive team, Board of Directors and other key stakeholders.
A day in the life of a Newhaul EA

Scheduling and Calendar Management Act as a gatekeeper and strategically manage Executive's time with respect to priorities, goals, and objectives (calendar Tetris skills are ideal)

Planning and executing meetings Be ready to organize all types of meetings, including executive team meetings, board meetings, c-level meetings, and client meetings. You'll also be tasked with taking minutes.

Travel Coordination Arrange and organise travel or Executive for work (and sometimes personal), create detailed travel itineraries and be ready for problem solving.

Project Management Be an integral part to help execute on a varying range of projects - truly own a project from start to finish and highlight your impeccable project management skills.

Office Management Efficient office management to ensure that logistics within our office support high employee satisfaction and productivity.

Finance Admin Creation and coordination of PO's for head office, credit card management for Executive, and other finance tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- A detailoriented selfstarter with min. 3 years prior EA experience
- Exercises professionalism and discretion handling highly sensitive and confidential information
- Exhibits sound judgment with the ability to prioritise and make decisions
- Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
- Resourceful, cando attitude
- Thrives in a changing, fastpaced environment
- Excellent computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
