On Point Mechanical Services Pty Ltd are looking to recruit a Workshop Administration Assistant / Apprentice Parts Interpreter to join our company.

Initially, you will be working under close direction using established practices, procedures, and instructions.

About the Opportunity

Tasks will include, but are not limited to:

Reception duties and various administration tasks
Meeting and greeting clients into the office providing first class customer service
Printing and scanning documents
Assisting workshop foreman and office manager with day to day tasks
Manage the workshop diary / create and print job bookings and job cards for the workshop floor
Ordering of parts for the workshop / stock control / stock takes
Entering parts invoices to jobs and preparing jobs for invoicing
Working as a team to keep a clean and tidy workshop
Have a friendly personality
Be reliable and punctual
Have a great attitude towards new challenges & professional development
Show a high attention to detail and strong have organisational skills
Drivers licence and a reliable vehicle highly regarded
