Currently seeking a Leasing Consultant to join a well streamlined team, this is a unique opportunity to support a highly skilled team.


Monday - Saturday with a day off during the week, this is an opportunity for a determined individual to slot in as the new Leasing Consultant and assist in leasing out a local based portfolio Working closely with a supporting Property Manager and the most supportive Department Head in the industry, this is a team with great training and great culture.


Daily, you will be responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting open homes and open for inspections
  • Ingoing & outgoing inspections
  • Routine inspections & Saturday work
  • Diary Management
  • Prepare properties for online advertising
  • Lease sign ups
  • Preparing leases and lease packs
  • Ad hoc administration duties
  • Have a current Certificate of Registration
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Previous administration experience
  • Want a long term career in Real Estate
  • Possess a strong work ethic
  • Strong MS office Skills
