About the role
Reporting to our GM of Human Resources, we are looking for an experienced HR Professional to join the GrainCorp team and be part of a dynamic and value-adding group of professionals who strive to build a fantastic employee experience by partnering with, and coaching leaders.
Based in either our Toowoomba office or our Brisbane Ports sites (with a Hybrid working arrangement on offer), you will be empowered in your role to autonomously deliver people and culture outcomes.
In this dynamic and exciting position you will drive a number of diverse initiatives including; leadership development, coaching, safety and wellbeing projects.
About your experience
You will bring experience as a commercial and pragmatic HR Business Partner with three Enterprise Agreements to oversee. Occasional travel will be part of the role.
- IR experience (negotiating EAs)
- Demonstrated HRBP experience.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Demonstrated experience in HR strategic thinking and delivery of strategic HR projects and initiatives.
- Able to deal with ambiguity and change.
