Description

Our client is a well-established NGO operating in the Health & Community Sector that has been operating for around 30 years.

They are currently seeking an experienced and motivated administrator to join their team.


Duties:

This position will include the following tasks and responsibilities:

  • Planning and Coordination of events and training
  • Assist with the rollout of marketing and communications
  • Be the main facilitator of communications between internal and external stakeholders
  • Work collaboratively with the team to address issues and generate solutions
  • Monitor project progress and rollout and communicate this to both participants and stakeholders
  • Assist with maintenance and creation of documentation, plans and reports

Skills and Experience:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and everchanging environment
  • The ability to liaise with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
  • Proven experience in administration
  • Comfortable using the MS Suite and able to learn new systems quickly
