Description
Our client is a well-established NGO operating in the Health & Community Sector that has been operating for around 30 years.
They are currently seeking an experienced and motivated administrator to join their team.Duties:
This position will include the following tasks and responsibilities:
- Planning and Coordination of events and training
- Assist with the rollout of marketing and communications
- Be the main facilitator of communications between internal and external stakeholders
- Work collaboratively with the team to address issues and generate solutions
- Monitor project progress and rollout and communicate this to both participants and stakeholders
- Assist with maintenance and creation of documentation, plans and reports
Skills and Experience:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced and everchanging environment
- The ability to liaise with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
- Proven experience in administration
- Comfortable using the MS Suite and able to learn new systems quickly
