The Role:

We are looking to grow our People & Culture team with the addition of a People & Culture Advisor. You'll be involved in various aspects of People & Culture, including performance management, learning and development, and employee relations.

What you will do:

Deliver both strategic and tactical P&C support to employees and managers, including performance management, learning & development, employee relations and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the employee experience and partner with management to develop and implement innovative and sustainable solutions.
Collaborate closely with all levels of management, particularly in the tech/product domain, as a trusted P&C advisor
Build credibility and trust among employees; resolve employee concerns with compassion and followthrough.
Consult and advise on talent reviews and the annual merit planning cycle.

Experience in Learning & Development.
