Description

Swinburne's Campus and Asset Services team is currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic leader to drive our Asset Delivery team.


As the Manager, Asset Delivery and Compliance you will be integral to the team's delivery of regulatory compliance and continuity of business operations by utilising your expertise in the delivery of operations and maintenance activities, asset renewal and contracts management to optimise management of Swinburne's infrastructure assets.


Promoting a safety-first culture, this role will employ a high degree of integrity, analysis, and judgement to build and manage key internal and external relationships and resources.

You will identify and implement improvements to enhance best practice safety systems.


About You
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:

  • Extensive and significant management experience in a large multifaceted organization, with proven ability in facility maintenance services and building compliance supervising human and physical resources.
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role and in an organisation of similar size and complexity.
  • Experience in asset planning and management in a similar asset intensive organisation.
  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge of current building services regulatory and statutory regulations.

Qualifications

An appropriate tertiary or post trade qualification in engineering, building services and or facilities management or an equivalent combination of extensive relevant experience and/or education/training.
