About This Opportunity:


Join us as an Inside Sales Representative and become part of a dynamic team revolutionizing the fintech and gifting landscape. In this B2B Sales Role, you will engage with inbound sales leads, advising potential clients on product offerings. The position offers a base salary complemented by quarterly commissions, making it an ideal starting point for graduates seeking a career in fintech, sales/marketing, and business.


Responsibilities:
  • Advise clients on product details, pricing, and delivery schedules
  • Oversee the end-to-end management of Corporate inquiries, involving CRM setup, campaign management, invoicing, artwork coordination, order placement, and customer service
  • Ensure timely order execution to meet market deadlines
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to address client needs
  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities consistently
  • Assist Senior Sales Managers in closing larger deals
  • Stay updated on company processes and product information
  • Follow up on previous inquiries and reach out to existing and potential customers

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a commercial or business role
  • University Degree or equivalent higher education in a relevant field preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable engaging with potential customers
  • Persuasive, goal-oriented, and energetic
  • Self-motivated, able to multitask and prioritize efficiently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software, particularly Salesforce
  • Resilient in the face of rejection and maintains a positive outlook towards new opportunities
  • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
