The Enterprise Asset & Works Management consultant is a senior level Functional Consultant working within our CSO Asset Management Practice.

This individual should be an experienced Asset & Works Management consultant with a focus on mobile implementation projects. They will have basic technical skills and system configuration experience.

They will be looking to work in a talented team that possesses the ability to work on high-profile client projects.


EAM&W Consultant is an individual experienced with examining system requirements and the ability to implement various asset models, strategies and systems.

The consultant will be mainly responsible for providing consulting services to the various clients, working alone or a part of the implementation team working closely with quality assurance (QA) and end user documentation and training teams to ensure the release of high-quality solution on a timely basis.


There will be exposure to a wide range of industries, so the ability to quickly understand new business environments is essential.


Responsibilities:


  • Techno Functional consulting with Asset & Works Management solutions including mobility.
  • Conducting requirement discovery workshops and documenting requirements and functional solutions.
  • Implementing software solutions including undertaking configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Extensive asset & works management industry knowledge.
  • Interpreting business needs of customers and translating them into the operational requirements and solutions with the help of strong analytical and product management skills.
  • Communicating and collaborating proactively with clients to analyze information needs and functional requirements and delivering use cases and solution designs as and when required.
  • Participating in user acceptance testing and undertaking the functionality testing of new system.
  • Provides leadership, support and guidance to team members.
  • Proven track record of meeting deadlines on projects.
  • Assist with RFP response and oral presentations to current and prospective clients.
  • Communicate key goals, defines responsibilities, end deliverables to Executive Leadership.

Your background:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in working with leading EAM products, and associated technology solutions. Experience in Ellipse EAM would be very highly desirable.
  • Experience working on leading EAM software implementation projects that includes Mobility solution as an extension to the core EAM solution.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in similar position or alternatively combination of education and experience and/or demonstrated accomplishments.
  • Proven experience in implementing Work management mobility solution.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiating skills, customerfocused mindset and a professional, "cando" attitude.
  • Proven and strong management level engagement and relationships.
  • Independent and ability to deliver results without supervision.
