As our business evolves and continues to thrive, we are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our Sydney office in this newly created role.


About the Role
The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in the development and execution of ProRisk's marketing strategies and initiatives.

The role is hands-on requiring excellent communication, organisational, and creative skills, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

The role reports to the General Counsel and Head of Operations.


From social content to website maintenance, and product launches to leading marketing campaigns, our Marketing Coordinator is responsible for a wide range of marketing activities.

You'll be working alongside a large group of passionate and well-accomplished industry professionals who will enable you to continually develop.

Key responsibilities include

  • Assist in the development and execution of ProRisk's marketing strategies and programs, including product launches, campaigns, events, and promotions.
  • Work with the General Counsel and Head of Operations to develop and maintain a marketing calendar and project plan, ensuring that all initiatives are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate and manage the production of marketing materials, including presentations, videos, eDMs, newsletters.
  • General graphic design support.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of events webinars, and customer events.


With keen storytelling ability, this role is known for championing our brand across various platforms in a way that captures and resonates with our audience.


About You
You're curious, energetic, creative and collaborative.

Your strengths lie in your love for marketing and your ability to partner with and influence key stakeholders, as you balance the art of combining your wheelhouse with theirs.

You don't need specific industry experience, but will need to be confident using Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.

You'll also have excellent written communication skills with the ability to proofread effectively which is also a testament to your strong attention to detail.

If you've got some design skills, that's a bonus

Your agility and desire to challenge and be challenged will become one of your greatest assets in this role.
