As a Multi-Media Specialist focusing on snacks and confectionery at CAL Marketing Pty Ltd, you will be instrumental in creating captivating multimedia content that showcases the uniqueness and indulgence of our snack products.

Collaborating with our talented team, you will have the opportunity to unleash your creativity, bring our brand stories to life through compelling multimedia campaigns and use your software skills to build, enhance and maintain websites.

• Cocreate, design, build, enhance and maintain websites.
• Conceptualize, design, and produce multimedia content including videos, images, animations, and interactive experiences that highlight the innovative and indulgent nature of our snack products.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to understand brand identity, product features, and marketing objectives, ensuring alignment with our global market strategy.
• Develop creative strategies that effectively communicate the essence and appeal of our snack products through multimedia channels, capturing the attention of consumers worldwide.
• Produce highquality visual assets that adhere to brand guidelines and industry standards, maintaining consistency across all marketing materials.
• Social Media content creation, planning and execution
• Stay abreast of industry trends, consumer preferences, and emerging technologies to inform content creation strategies and maintain relevance in the global market.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines to deliver impactful multimedia campaigns that drive engagement and sales.
• Conduct thorough testing and optimization to enhance content performance and maximize user interaction across various digital platforms.

• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a multimedia specialist, graphic designer, or similar role, preferably within the food industry and with a focus on snacks and confectionery.
• Proficiency in multimedia software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Final Cut Pro, and/or other relevant tools.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Deep understanding of consumer behaviour, market trends, and brand positioning in the snacks and confectionery industry.
• Ability to translate brand vision and values into visually compelling content that resonates with global audiences.
• Detailoriented with a passion for delivering highquality work that exceeds expectations.
