Description

The work you will be completing:

The role will involve repair exposure to gearboxes, pumps, valves, heat exchangers, conveyor components, compressors, diesel engines, bearing fitment techniques etc.

within the Marine Industry.

The project will entail general disconnection and reconnection of diesel engines and removal of engines and maintenance work, ensuring all maintenance activities are completed in a safe and efficient manner.

Marine experience is preferred however it is not essential.


What you will need to be succesfull:

  • Australian recognised Mechanical Trade Qualification
  • National Police Clearance
  • Current Drivers Licence
  • Construction White card
  • Able to pass a Preemployment medical and Drug and Alcohol screen
  • Australian working rights with no restrictions

Desirable qualifications:

  • Working at heights
  • Confined space
  • EWP
