CAMILLA is searching for a CRM Specialist to join our incredible Ecommerce tribe

After 20 years in the fashion game, CAMILLA has grown to be a lifestyle brand that includes womenswear, menswear, childrenswear, swim, homewares and accessories


As our CRM Specialist, you will be responsible for building campaigns and workflows and develop multichannel campaigns from end to end to drive conversion, reduce churn, increase frequency and AOV.


With technical experience in customer journey mapping, audience segmentation, and automation, you are confident to manage the channels effectively, and ensuring industry best practice standards are met.


On any given day, our CRM Specialist will

  • Lead the daytoday planning, execution, and optimisation of CRM strategies across the organisation with a view to retaining existing customers, increasing brand loyalty, and expanding the company brand.
  • Development and execution of testing strategies to guarantee the most efficient approach for the organisation and its customers.
  • Making sure the customer database is correctly segmented for targeted marketing activities.
  • Assist with the CRM journey for our loyalty members, ensuring it is suitably tailored to the local market and on brand.
  • Evaluate the performance of activity, build and analyse relevant reports, provide funnel conversion improvement ideas and actionable next steps from the results.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure all journeys are adapted for relevancy (if appropriate) for each of our markets, supporting on global customer journeys.
  • Be the 'voice of the customer' always asking yourself 'what do I want the customer to Think, Feel and Do' off the back of this communication.
  • Keeping on top of the latest industry trends and competitor analysis to ensure you are generating fresh ideas for new campaigns.

Our perfect new Tribe Member possess the below:

  • Meticulous attention to detail, able to deliver in a fast-paced environment and prioritise conflicting priorities.
  • The ability to meet tight deadlines and outstanding time management skills.
  • Collaborative and passionate with excellent communication and influencing acumen.
  • 3+ years handson experience CRM/campaign management platforms, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Emarsys, Klavyo or similar.
  • Top quality analytical skills. A big part of your job involves gathering and analysing data to help you understand your customer base and coming up with suggestions for improving the existing strategy.
  • Solid CRM or customer experience, with an online or retail background.
  • Excellent analytical skills are a must, and you should be able to leverage data, metrics, analytics, and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights and recommendations.
  • The ability to demonstrate excellent planning skills and communicate with a number of audiences across multiple channels.
  • Working experience in Fashion / Retail Industry preferred.
