Description:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven salesperson to join our Sales team. This exciting opportunity will require a self-motivated individual with a passion for sales and the built environment.


As a key member of the sales team, this position proactively manages the discovery to the sales order process for our ACT customers.

Most of your time will be spent in the office, working closely with customers and scheduling field sales to collaboratively achieve the sales targets.

This is a great position for someone who enjoys formulating solutions to challenges and has a passion for sales in a team environment.


This position is responsible for:

  • Communicating with builders on each project to confirm requirements.
  • Proactively working with installers to network and demonstrate Fairview's understanding of the project needs.
  • Coordinating with field sales to organise facetoface representations with installers and builders.
  • Submitting, followingup, and adjusting project specific quotes to installers when necessary.
  • Negotiating and closing sales with the successful installer.

Skills and Experiences:

Essential

  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Results focused following through to get the end result every time
  • Proven sales experience
Desirable

  • Knowledge of or experience with the Fairview range of products
  • Knowledge of or experience in the construction industry
  • Track record of exceeding targets
  • Experience with business software such as Netsuite, Smartsheet, Salesforce
