    Supply Chain LeadWe are looking to recruit an enthusiastic customer focused go-getter to jointhe Hymix team inBendigo, Victoria.

    The Plant Controller hasexcellent career development potential with the opportunity to learn aboutconcrete, quarry materials, plant operation, concrete batching, scheduling, andlogistics whilst working in the construction industry.

    Are you a self-motivated team player? We are looking for someone who ispassionate about safety, results focused with awesome communication skills, astrong work ethic and the ability to multi-task.

    Candidates from all industries (i.e., hospitality, logistics, agriculture,supply chain, commerce, fast food, manufacturing, mining, health) areencouraged to apply – we're just looking for great people with a positivecan-do attitude..

    we'll teach the rest If you do have batching or concreteexperience that's great but it is not a pre-requisite.

    In your new role with us, you will be:

    Overseeing the operation of a concrete batchplant
    Operating a front-end loader (FEL)
    Regularly interacting with customers, takingorders & scheduling deliveries
    Working in a high performing team,collaborating with other local plants to deliver positive outcomes for Hymix and the customer
    Able to demonstrate safety and show coach andmentoring potential
    Ensure all products adhere to strict qualityrequirements
    Monitoring all plant and equipment, scheduling& conducting maintenance as required
    Managing maintenance & production tasks,which includes some level of manual handling
    This role is a great fitfor you, if you:

    Seek a flexible roster that includes Saturdaywork and reasonable overtime
    Are looking to obtain a Construction Card /White Card
    Are able to operate with and support our Zero Harm safety policy
    Can physically perform all tasks associatedwith the position

    What we offer:
    Monday - Friday starting from 4:30/5:00am -3:30/4:00pm + rostered Saturday mornings finishing up around lunch time
    FEL ticket (if not already achieved)
