A position for a passionate Category Specialist in Safety has become available This role involves collaborating with a skilled team and playing a crucial part in the category's success by creating, organising, and executing strategic initiatives to ensure the appropriate range of products is available at competitive prices, resulting in meeting revenue and profitability goals.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals with experience in the field or recent graduates with a strong interest in pursuing a Category career in Safety, providing ample room for growth and development.

Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage the maintenance of the product data content to ensure accuracy and relevant product information
  • As guided, lead, perform and drive designated activities, processes, and functions
  • Provide support for the exclusive brand range planning, development, and execution
  • Collaborating with suppliers to improve customer engagement and commercial outcomes
  • Actively support product initiatives about development, sourcing, and price position

To be successful, you will have the following:

  • Keen interest in developing experience in product/category management within a fast-paced B2andor B2B environment
  • Exceptional ability to build strong working relationships and engage senior stakeholders
  • Problemsolving solving, analytical and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to learn new tasks quickly and work in a fastpaced environment
  • Previous knowledge and experience in Safety are highly advantageous
  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing, business and sales will be highly regarded
