The Company
Join this established Construction business, specialising in Insurance Repair and Strata work. Boasting long established relationships with Australia's major Insurance Companies and Loss Assessors.
Due to strong demand, my client requires an additional Supervisor (office based) to join their highly successful team in the Melbourne area.
The Role
Seeking a self-motivated individual to supervise multiple construction projects (mainly within the BAU/Small Claims space) all from the comfort of the office.
Our client values their staff and offer great working conditions along with an impressive remuneration package.
This position involves:
- Coordination of all approved repairs using trade personal and contractors
- Ensuring all jobs are programmed and completed within set KPI'S
- Managing paperwork to required deadlines
- Coordination of subcontractors on commercial and residential projects
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with clients and trade contractors
To be successful in this role you will possess the following:
- Trade qualification essential
- Insurance building industry experience within the BAU/Small Claims space is a distinct advantage, but not essential
- A strong working knowledge of construction and the current associated regulations
- Competent computer literacy
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to perform well under pressure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Have a professional appearance
- Have excellent time management skills
- Attention to detail
