Our Client is a leading B2B Partner of Vitamin, Supplement and OTC brands who provide their customers with a 360-degree end-to-end service to develop, manufacture, supply and market successful consumer healthcare products to support a healthier society.

A privately owned Australian business, their small, dynamic and collaborative team work from modern offices in North Sydney and are led by a CEO who is committed to providing a workplace that enables every staff member to reach their full potential.

This contract role has arisen due to the current Account Manager taking maternity leave (due to return in October Reporting to the CEO you will be responsible for providing a high level of service to current and prospective customers who are typically vitamin and supplement brand owners in the Asia Pacific region


Specifically, this includes:

  • Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with current customers
  • Acting as the main point of contact for customer concerns and needs
  • Developing a thorough understanding of services and capabilities in order to present these both online and facetoface to current and prospective customers
  • Matching customer requirements to products, services and capabilities
  • Preparing new product proposals and quotations, gaining feedback and approval
  • Preparing customer supply agreements and trading terms
  • Organising and attending trade shows and expos both locally and overseas (2 per year on average)
  • Participating in weekly meetings with Business Development and Technical Teams
  • Meeting regularly with internal teams to identify ways to improve business and processes


To be considered for this position you will you will have a minimum of 3 years experience in Sales or Account Management and whilst industry experience is preferred, it is not essential.

To be successful, you will have excellent relationship building, communication and listening skills along with strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities.


Standard hours are 9.00am - 5.00pm based in North Sydney offices with the flexibility to work from home on Fridays.


A guide on base salary for this role is $90,000 - $100,000 + Super with the potential for bonus twice annually (Christmas and EOFY).
