Description
As part of our growth journey, we are looking for a talented
Billing Specialist to join our Billing & Operations Team.
You will work with a team of Billing Specialists and internal customers to ensure invoicing is completed accurately and on time, whilst also ensuring customer payments are applied to open invoices.
What you'll do:
- Support the Senior Billing Specialist in the generation and business review of monthly invoices
- Creation of manual invoicing and billing adjustments
- Allocation of receivables payments to open invoices, working with internal and external customers to ensure payments are applied accurately
- Investigation of nonmatched payments
- Provide exceptional customer service and represent our brand with utmost professionalism while interacting with our customers
What you'll bring:
- 5 years experience in finance, business administration, and/or collections
- Experience with Salesforce/Certinia is highly desirable
- Proficient in account reconciliation and ability to use Excel at an intermediate/advanced level
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with multiple groups to achieve an outcome
- Natural problemsolving skills. Taking a pragmatic approach to collecting facts, logically determining the root cause, and identifying the simplest solution
- Customer relationship skills. The ability to engage and negotiate an outcome that is both commercially favourable yet empathetic to our customers' needs
- Ability to multitask whilst maintaining attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree preferred

Salary:
$59, $109,156.22 per year
