What's the role?

Creating leads is valuable to all of our customers. That's where you come in.

You'll use your adaptable and professional communication skills to generate leads from our customers databases by calling and SMS messaging.


Along with lead generation you'll also be responsible for cleaning their data and using your exceptional customer service skills to make sure they have a memorable experience so when they do want utilise a service it is our customer they will be coming back to.


Your purpose? To create a memorable impression for CoreLogic's customers and theirs, knowing that we are enthusiastic about providing them the very best service experience possible.

What will you be doing?


The role includes:
- making outbound calls to our customers databases
- having SMS conversations with contacts from our customers databases
- working with the wider team to shape and improve the Lead Sourcing product
- clearly and accurately capturing customer information to improve database quality
- collaborating with teams across CoreLogic to drive customer advocacy and deliver strong business results
- delivering strong results aligned with KPI's
- ongoing ability to absorb knowledge and adapt to change in a constantly evolving industry
- proven experience in creating great customer relationships and building rapport - we don't focus on handle time here, just customer satisfaction
- having professional conversations with customers, both written and verbal, without having to rely heavily on a script
- great adaptability in learning new systems with speed and the ability to multi task
- a demonstrated ability to deliver high performance results against KPI's
- be curious as you deal with complexity and the many unknowns in a decision-making process
- champion customer outcomes within our organisation, don't settle for the status quo, go above and beyond to achieve the best for our customers
