Your skills: - Diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software & operating system issues
- Installation of computer hardware and peripherals
- Active Directory Users and Computers
- Software and OS deployment using SCCM or other deployment technologies
- Mobile Devices and Networking
Your Tasks:
General Requirements:
- Available for a Full-Time position and eligible to work in Australia
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in an Enterprise environment
- Familiar with and capable of supporting both Windows and Mac OS
- A passion for IT and providing excellent customer service
- Good written and oral communications skills with clients and management
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and a willingness to resolve issues
- Ability to work to deadlines and complete tasks on time
- Team player but also able to work well autonomously
- Ability to lift / move computer equipment weighing up to 20kg
