    Your skills:
  • Diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software & operating system issues
  • Installation of computer hardware and peripherals
  • Active Directory Users and Computers
  • Software and OS deployment using SCCM or other deployment technologies
  • Mobile Devices and Networking

Your Tasks:


General Requirements:

  • Available for a Full-Time position and eligible to work in Australia
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in an Enterprise environment
  • Familiar with and capable of supporting both Windows and Mac OS
  • A passion for IT and providing excellent customer service
  • Good written and oral communications skills with clients and management
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and a willingness to resolve issues
  • Ability to work to deadlines and complete tasks on time
  • Team player but also able to work well autonomously
  • Ability to lift / move computer equipment weighing up to 20kg
