About the role:


The Manager, Quality and Compliance is accountable to the Director, Financial Accounting and will lead and develop a team of approximately 25 staff responsible for providing financial management compliance, bank reconciliation, process improvement, project management and quality assurance services to various SA Government agencies.


What you will need to succeed:

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage the provision of control and compliance services in a large and complex service delivery orientated business.
  • Ability to effectively manage and develop staff to foster initiative, promote teamwork and performance management practices to achieve outcomes.
  • Proven experience in identifying and implementing quality assurance, business improvement and change management initiatives within a large and dynamic accounting environment.
The successful applicant must hold a current Australian work eligibility status.
