As a Digital Design Manager, you'll be instrumental in shaping our brands' digital identities and delivering exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of designers, driving the development and review of highquality design projects.
Manage the endtoend development and review process of design projects, from scoping to highfidelity design delivery.
Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to create innovative solutions for our digital products.
Create various artifacts such as wireframes, storyboards, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas.
Conceptualise original ideas to enhance existing digital products and create new ones.
Establish UX/UI design guidelines and elevate the standard of design within the team.
Lead workshops to educate the broader business on UI/UX design principles and methodologies.
Champion a testandlearn mindset, and lead opportunities to conduct user research.
Upskill the broader Creative Team on UI/UX design basics.
Recommend and implement systems to track, measure, and report on relevant UX/UI metrics to drive continuous improvement.

About You:

68 years of experience in UX/UI Design or graphic design, with a focus on web development.
Demonstrable UX and UI design skills with a strong portfolio
Experience in leading operational aspects of design projects, planning day to day deliverables for design team
Experience in scoping and leading design discovery projects
Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps
Proficiency in Figma or other visual design and wireframing tools (i.e., Figma, XD, Sketch, Abstract)
Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to usersystem interaction
Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders
Proven experience in design management and UX Design processes.
An eye for detail and a curiosity to constantly improve digital experiences.
Desire to educate and upskill team members on the importance of UI and UX design systems.
