_ We are currently seeking experienced and motivated Leisure & Lifestyle Coordinator to join our team at Mitchell House - our aged care facility in Morwell, Victoria. This position is on full-time basis._

Requirements:

The Leisure & Lifestyle Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational matters of the social care program.

The coordinators work in conjunction with the General Manager to provide and direct social care programs which are responsive, enriching and reflective of resident needs and requirements.

  • Proficient computer systems and information management skills.
  • A genuine interest for working in aged care.
  • Well developed customer service skills.
  • Well developed verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to lead and organise the social care team and volunteers.
  • An ability to communicate with a diverse range of people.
