We are working with a leading Creative Agency based in Brisbane seeking a dynamic individual to join their team as an Account Executive / Account Manager.

About the Role:

As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing key accounts and projects for clients.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Understanding client needs, pain points, and objectives
  • Crafting clear and actionable briefs for creative teams
  • Presenting work effectively and pitching new ideas to clients
  • Collaborating with media and production partners
  • Ensuring efficiency and transparency in billing
  • Supporting and managing project teams

Key Functions:


  • Representing the company as the main point of contact for clients
  • Translating client requests into actionable briefs
  • Presenting work confidently and effectively
  • Contributing to a positive company culture
  • Proficiency in project management tools and financial management skills

About You:


We are looking for someone who is:

  • Passionate about marketing and brand
  • An energetic problem solver and great communicator
  • Able to multitask, manage time effectively, and thrive under pressure
  • Detailoriented and able to articulate thoughts clearly
  • Experienced in social media and digital marketing
  • Ideally, holds a tertiary qualification in marketing or a related field with at least 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Eager to learn and grow with strong references
  • A permanent resident or Australian citizen (full work rights)
