Woods & Co have partnered with a large community development group looking to bolster their sales division with an established Estate Manager. With a proven track record of delivering astronomical sales outcomes even during one of the most challenging periods, this is a team that needs a driven and devoted leader, in preparation for a number of new community projects around Melbourne.


Offering a comprehensive suite of professional services including market intelligence, portfolio strategy, transactions & advisory, community development, project marketing, and property management, our client provide confidence and partnership across the full project & purchasing lifecycle.


The Estate Manager is the public 'face' of the Estate and as such must possess an innate and exceptional knowledge of the Estate as well as the surrounding competition, all local facilities, and amenities plus any that might be forthcoming.

The Estate Manager is responsible for meeting targets, providing information to the Development Team and always maintain the highest level of professionalism and representation of the estate.


What's in it for you?
- $65,000 - $75,000 + Super + Commission (OTEs $250K+)

What do you do?

  • Negotiate with potential purchasers and present offers through promoting the land estate
  • Meet and exceed targets
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with builders and stakeholders
  • Possess an exceptional knowledge of the Estate as well as the surrounding competition, local facilities and amenities
  • Advise on pricing strategies and pricing on competing estates
  • Manage and provide training and advice to the estate team members on an ongoing basis
  • Manage new enquiry and existing enquiries to affect sales now or in the future, providing feedback on communications that are sent to the database
  • Ensure all external maintenance items are reported daily and on the Weekly Activity Report so that presentation is at its best
  • Ensure the Sales Office is clean and tidy, marketing material is on display and up to date, and sufficient stationary and office supplies are at hand

What do you need?

  • Possess a strong work ethic, selfbelief, confidence and a positive attitude
  • Property Industry experience desirable
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence a diverse range of stakeholders both internal and external
  • Intermediate skills and knowledge of the MS Office suite and experience working CRMs Agents Representative Certificate
