Working closely with the Finance Manager, this is a rare opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join their high-performing team on a full-time permanent basis.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, the responsibilities of the role include:
- Overseeing the Accounts Payable function and workflow
- Management of Accounts Payable inbox including allocation of tasks
- Fullfunction Accounts Payable processing
- Matching, batching, and coding of invoices
- Entering of supplier invoices and processing of payments
- Continuous review and improvement of AP processes
- Supplier payment reconciliations
- Responsible for ensuring that all AP deadlines are met.
- Answering all internal and external AP related queries
- Other ad hoc projects and tasks within the scope of the role.
About you:
To be successful for the role, you must demonstrate the following:
- Demonstrated experience in the role accountabilities.
- Strong attention to detail, organisation, and time management
- Highly systems savvy and experience using a large ERP system.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated experience with system/process improvement is highly advantageous.
- A positive, teamfocused, and "cando" attitude.
