    Job Description:

    Experience (Years): 8 (Minimum Maximum)

    Skills:

    • IBM MDM
    • Kafka and streaming processes
    • Testing frameworks (JUNIT, Cucumber)
    • DevOps processes and cloud services (AWS)
    • Familiarity with CI/CD practices
    • Spring Boot
    • High availability production systems support
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
    • Solution design and execution expertise

    Must Have:

    • Minimum 5+ years of dedicated experience in IBM MDM
    • 3+ years hands-on development experience with IBM MDM, version 11 and above
    • Experience with Kafka and streaming processes
    • Proficiency in testing frameworks such as JUNIT and Cucumber
    • Familiarity with DevOps processes and cloud services, particularly AWS
    • Understanding of best practice standards and patterns
    • Ability to contribute to MDM implementation (both physical and virtual)
    • Knowledge and experience with CI/CD practices
    • Comprehensive understanding and contribution to all phases of SDLC

    Should Have:

    • Experience with Spring Boot
    • Support for high availability production systems
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working in a distributed environment with minimal supervision
    • Adaptability to flexible environments and change
    • Expertise in solution design and execution, particularly in the banking sector

    Could Have:

    • Additional skills in technical mentoring and support
    • Ability to coordinate and influence
    • Contribution to development practices and standards
