Description

The roleYou will lead specialist clinical policy and procedure development and review to support consistent statewide practices, enforcement and monitoring of core public health systems.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for developing systems and processes to manage core regulatory and contemporary health protection system manager functions.

This position will see you play a key role in developing and contributing to professional and stakeholder networks to facilitate effective communication and implementation of health protection system manager functions.


The successful personYou will have demonstrated:

  • specialist-level knowledge, expertise and skills in contemporary health protection systems including regulatory, licensing and incident management systems.
- ability to lead, implement and manage investigations or research projects, and to critically analyse and present data.
- high level oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.

You will hold a tertiary (degree) qualification or equivalent that is accredited by Environmental Health Australia or equivalent.
