The Opportunity
Be part of a dynamic and forward-thinking P&C team, dedicated to creating a positive and inclusive workplace environment where our people can thrive and grow.
Collaborate closely with the P&C Director and Advisor and take charge of the day-to-day recruitment and administration tasks associated with attracting, recruiting, and onboarding talent across various levels, from entry-level to senior positions.

Responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies and bring our EVP to life
- Maintain accurate and uptodate recruitment data, generating reports and providing insights on recruitment activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance our recruitment strategies and processes.
- Guide and coach Accru employees on best practice interview techniques; and more

What you bring:
- At least three years of recruitment experience, ideally within a professional services firm.
- Strong understanding of endtoend recruitment processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
- Detailoriented approach, ensuring accuracy in documentation and data management.
- A proactive and adaptable mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn recruiter and JobAdder (desirable)
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field is preferred.
