Our client is a growing property group with interests in premium retail property.

The Opportunity
Our client has an exciting opportunity for a skilled administrator to join their centre teams.

You will be an experienced administrator who will be a part of a dynamic group, providing assistance to the Centre Management team.


Responsibilities

  • Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports
  • Undertaking routine site checks and preparation of maintenance lists
  • Managing contractor visits
- reception duties

  • General administrative support
  • Issuing and managing Contractor Inductions
  • Assisting with the MYBOS system
  • Assisting with handover reporting and site inspections
  • Obtaining and recording monthly electricity meter readings
  • Updating & maintaining the key register
  • Assisting with any incident reporting
  • Monitoring security systems as required
  • Assisting the centre management team when required
  • Building strong relationships with the onsite Retailers

Ideal Skills/Experience

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to remain focused on specific tasks
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Customer service driven
  • Ability to deal to work within strict deadlines
  • Ability to communicate at all levels, building effective and professional relationships with colleagues and tenants
  • Experience in using Microsoft office and key programs
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Previous property & administration experience highly desired
  • Knowledge of MRI systems
- current first aid or willing to obtain
