The courts and the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT) have an opportunity to lead Victoria's justice system to be innovative, forward-thinking and world leading.
The Manager, Safety Operations will report to the Director, Health, Safety & Wellbeing and will partner with a range of stakeholders across Courts Group including senior line management and local People & Culture (P&C) professionals.
CSV is currently improving a number of it's systems and processes including its evidence base upon which to draw repeatable and reliable metrics to trend and analyse performance.
The Manager, Safety Operations will play a lead role in developing the framework and support processes to make good quality metrics available.
In support of broader change management, CSV is strengthening its consultation mechanisms for health and safety.The Manager, Safety Operations will play a key role in coaching stakeholders and advocating repeatable consultation, particularly with Health and Safety Representatives (HSR) and CPSU stakeholders.
About you
Previous experience in a community service delivery model would be highly desirable. Understanding of the contemporary psychological health legislative environment is essential.
The ability to partner with and coach stakeholders in a dynamic work setting is essential. Qualifications in a health and safety or related discipline are preferred
