About the Opportunity

Due to consistent growth across our business, we are now seeking an Engineering Coordinator to join our high performing team, located in Richlands QLD.

Your responsibilities in this role will include;

Engage with customers to investigate issues, clarify requirements and communicate findings to customer and Branch Manager.
Provide engineered fluid power system solutions.
Coordinate preparation and approval of job costings, project proposals and tender response documents.
Provide project management from quote acceptance to final customer acceptance.
Produce preliminary CAD circuits & drawings and compile related bills of materials (BOMs) as needed.
Provide technical training and support for workshop and graduate engineers; and maintain and develop own knowledge.
Achieve chargeable labour recovery.

About You
To be considered for this role, you will possess;

This position does not require a degree. We are looking for solid experience in fluid power and a desire to create solution for our customers.
Project management experience with a sound engineering and hydraulics background.
Experience in fluid power system analysis and strong problem solving skills

Able to prepare clear and concise technical reports, proposals and tender responses.

Intermediate MS Office skills (including Excel) and working knowledge of AutoCad.
Able to work collaboratively in a team environment and autonomously.
Customer centric focus with strong decision making and influencing skills.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
Valid drivers licence and demonstrated safety first mindset.
