Production / Maintenance Mechanical fitter

Your accountabilities will include but are not limited to:

• Experience in food processing industries, preferably dairy products.
• Mechanical degree is highly preferred.
• Must have experience in operating the automated machines especially Benhil8345,8380, 5000 & 3000 packing machines and their maintenance.
• Assist with plant/equipment commissioning & validations
• Maintenance of the case packers.
• Maintain the highquality standards in production area and all over the factory.
• Must have the knowledge on Xrays, conveyors and online check weighers.
• Must have experience working on automatic reworking system and the maintenance of the butter pumps, Homogenizers and Inline mixers.
• Have the experience on water system and its filtration units.
• The knowledge on food safety standards as per Australian Quarantine and Inspection Services (AQIS)
• Be able to work independently, communicate well and work as a part of team.
• Able to work in a fastpaced environment and should be very attentive.
• Have their own reliable transport.
• Salary $ 70,000 to $ 80, hours per week including Saturday) shift work required
• Have a degree qualification in Mechanical Engineering or mechanical training
• Must be able to work, shift work / rotational shifts / night shifts
• Must have worked in a butter production / butter packing / butter processing plant
• Have a sound Knowledge of product packaging and designing.
• Have a minimum of 5 years manufacturing experience in the related field.
• Have a minimum of 5years experience in supervising production engineering team.
• Have experience within a GMP environment.
• Have experience in writing technical documentation.
• Have an Australian Permanent residency or a Citizenship.

Salary:
$70, $80,000.00 per year


Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• Weekend availability

• Airport West, VIC 3042: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

• Food production: 2 years (required)
