Job Description:
The Advisor position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements. This position provides customer service support and resolution of non-routine problems regarding client's product or services.

Working on behalf of one of Australia's big 4 banks, our team takes a mixture on inbound and outbound calls to provide guidance and support, assess customer needs, and make meaningful decisions for those customers.
This is an entry level financial services role, customer service skills will be highly regarded

Key Role Details:
- Fulltime and stable opportunity
- Mon
- Fri and occasional Saturdays.
- 4 weeks of comprehensive training, including classroom and handson learning.
Key Responsibilities of the role:
- Actively listen to understand customer needs, demonstrating empathy while establishing credibility and rapport and using good decision making skills to provide a tailor fit solution which is appropriate to the customer situation
- Refer customers, where appropriate, to seek independent financial advice
- Deliver high quality customer interactions while balancing client outcomes and following compliance requirements
- Effectively utilise your existing and newly trained computer skills across a variety of complex systems
- Communicate client specific knowledge to customers accurately and effectively
- All other duties as directed within the scope of skills and training
