  • Permanent Full Time role, Monday to Friday
  • Salary $80,000$100,000 plus super


This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant | Office Manager to join our client in a permanent role.

As a high-level assistant you are responsible for providing effective day to day administrative support, diary management and booking meetings.

You effectively and proactively prioritise tasks and collaborate across all functions of the business. You will anticipate what needs to be done and read between the lines, you are always two steps ahead


Key responsibilities:


  • Contracts Administration
  • Office Management
  • Corporate Events Coordination
  • Support the Leadership team with preparation, editing and formatting of complex documents.
  • Preparation and review of reports, proposals and presentations.
  • Complex diary management including book meetings; preparation of meeting agendas | briefing notes; assistance in Board Meeting coordination and preparation
  • Booking flights and accommodation for international travel.

Skills:


  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent time management.
  • Well organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Flexible with an ability to work in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment.
  • Resourceful and proactive.
  • Enjoys a challenge, highly motivated and professional.
