This busy office needs a property manager who can collaborate with an established and supportive team.


The Role:


  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of an extensive property portfolio
  • Address a variety of daily responsibilities both within and beyond the office
  • Interact with tenants and property owners to achieve favorable outcomes
  • Coordinate activities related to property maintenance
  • Conduct regular, incoming, and final inspections
  • Manage inquiries and correspondence
  • Provide supplementary support for the effective management of professional portfolios

Requirements:


  • A minimum of 6 months in property management
  • A current Agent's Representative certificate
  • A Car & Drivers Licence
  • Proficiency in utilizing property management programs
  • A positive mindset, a sense of humor, and adeptness in creative problemsolving
  • Capability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet stringent deadlines
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Effective and empathetic communication skills
  • Enthusiasm for learning and personal growth
  • Passion for interacting with people and a dedication to customer support
  • Techsavvy with outstanding administrative skills
