- Fixed term (6 months), part time opportunity (3 days/22.8h a week)

The Learning Program Facilitator is responsible for the delivery and administration of a range of new and existing audience engagement programs, designed for school groups, early years and school-aged audiences.
Key to this role is ensuring excellent administration and delivery of educational and learning events and activities to the Library's school-aged audiences.
The Learning Program Facilitator is accountable for the following measurable outcomes:- Present a range of educational and learning events, workshops and activities to school-aged audiences including school groups
- Coordinate the booking, ticketing, administration and school liaison for School Programs
- Deliver a seamless program experience to engage and educate these audiences.
- Excellent customer service.
- Contribute to a process of continuous improvement by providing feedback to the Experience Design and Programming teams on audience response to these programs and through internal process reviews.
In addition, you will come to us with:
- Tertiary qualifications in primary or secondary education or equivalent experience.
- Experience presenting educational or learning programs, events, workshops and activities to schoolaged audiences including school groups
- Experience working with children in an educational, museum or cultural institution setting
- Experience with coordination and administration of ticketing and booking preferably in conjunction with school programs or similar.
- Experience and track record of excellence in delivering high quality customer service.
