One of Australia's largest and fastest growing PropTechs, our client is a software solution for Real Estate agencies and looking for a new member of the Customer Support team.

The Role:

This is a fun support role where you can put your real estate software knowledge to use.

With the purpose of this role being to deliver on four key areas - utilisation, retention, engagement and upsell opportunities, main tasks will include:

Working closely with the customers to ensure they are using the product well and maximising all the product functionality
Provide and talk through resolutions to queries / problemsolve
Direct elevated matters to internal departments when needed
Database management & keep notes on conversations

About you:

You will enjoy working in a high-vibe, customer-centric environment, where the entire team is engaged in elevating the role of a Property Manager and helping them create efficiencies through 'best use' of the system

Also:

Ideally you'll have a background in property management / trust accounting or leasing
Previous experience on a helpdesk or supporting with cloudbased software will be viewed favourably
Be a good communicator (verbal and written) and comfortable on the phone
Have a natural willingness towards customer service
Able to travel into the city at least 3 days / week in 2023
