Job Summary:

Minimum of 2 years' prior experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Excellent written & verbal communication skill
Must be Living in Australia (The job is in Rowville VIC)

Amare Safety Pty Ltd is on the lookout for an experienced & dedicated Sales Support & Customer Service representative to join our staff on a full-time basis.

Duties & responsibilities:

• Promptly answer inbound phone calls with a courteous manner
• Accurately and efficiently enter customer order into our ERP
• Chasing up delivery dates for customers
• Provide support to our external sales team & national branch network
• Maintain and build key relationships with internal & external customers
• Additional adhoc tasks as assigned by management
• This is an office based role with full time hours Monday to Friday

Experience & requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years' prior experience in Customer Service
• Familiarity with Jiwa Financials ERP preferred but not essential
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of programs, strong typing & data entry skills
• Excellent written & verbal communication skill
• Safety and/or industrial experience is advantageous though nonessential
• Outgoing personality & keen people skills
