We have an outstanding opportunity for a Learning & Development Business Partner to join our dedicated People & Culture team at our Central Office in the city-fringe location of Glenside.


About the role


The Learning & Development Business Partner works closely with stakeholders across our organisation to design and implement our Organisation Development initiatives and learning solutions.

This role ensures the success of our Organisation Development strategic plan and leads in the execution of the key strategic initiatives to build our workforce capability.

About you
We are looking for people who will be the difference in the lives of our residents and clients.

  • Certificate IV or Diploma in Training and Assessment or equivalent.
  • Certificate IV or Diploma in Leadership &/or Management.
  • Significant experience in an organisation development and/ or learning business partnering role in a medium to large organisation.
  • Demonstrated experience in Instructional Design including use of design tools and experience in Human Resources & Learning Management systems.
  • Experience in leadership learning and development with the ability to develop and implement leadership strategies.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills and sound interpersonal skills with the ability to express ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Diploma in Training Design & Development is desirable.
