Team Lead - Technical Publications

The Role

Required Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge

Provide leadership and management to a technical author team in order to support program, project and bid requirements. This includes forecast and prioritizing the allocation/assignment of team resources.
Provide advice and direction by identifying future needs and determining pathways for attainment in relation to technical documentation capabilities.
Demonstrate a detailed understanding of relevant standards (including DEF(AUST) 5629C) and experience in developing and delivering S1000D/Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals.
Support and contribute to Communities of Interest appropriate to Technical Documentation development.
Provide support and professionalization opportunities for Technical Documentation resources.
Assurance of Technical Documentation delivery across programs/projects is consistent with KBR expectations of excellence
Set up goals and objectives for all subordinate staff. Provide performance review and evaluation of subordinate staff.
Perform any other reasonable duties as directed from time to time that are relevant to technical documentation, background and experience.
