- Work hours: 75 hours per fortnight
- Salary: $105,000-$118,00 + super (depending on experience)
- CERT IV Training & Assessment preferred
- Trade qualification in Panelbeating, Spraypainting, or Mechanic
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the insurance industry with estimating background
- Enhancing expertise in Motor Claims Operation through improved training programs
- Developing and implementing Motor Claims Operation Induction training and continuous development
- Driving process efficiencies by managing knowledge resources for Motor Claims
- Improving learning materials for Motor Claims Operation to assist new team members in transitioning into their roles
- Providing a roadmap for ongoing technical training in the Motor Claims Operation
- Boosting motor claims knowledge to improve staff retention and engagement
- Enhancing Complaint handling and performance at First Point of Contact
- Ensuring compliance with business risk policies and regulations
- Execution and embedding of change programs
- Identifying technical training needs based on operational requirements
- Providing coaching, technical knowledge training, and support to Motor Claims consultants and Leaders
- Maintaining advanced knowledge of company processes, systems, products, and brands
- Identifying technical trends and knowledge gaps, and delivering feedback and coaching
- Developing and providing trend data to the Leadership Team
- Supporting the Learning and Development team in improving new employee onboarding
- Managing content and knowledge resources for Motor Claims
- Designing and implementing a technical training model for Motor Claims Operation
- Seeking opportunities for process optimization, personal development, and enhanced customer experience
- Modeling the organization's values in all dealings
- Making recommendations for system, process, product, or service improvements
- Ensuring compliance with business risk policies and regulations
- Executing and embedding changes through a Change Program framework
- Previous experience in a Motor Claims role preferred
- Solid knowledge of insurance legislation and procedures
- Strong coaching skills utilizing Coaching Conversations methodology
- Ability to identify and document performance improvement opportunities
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Outstanding Customer Service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive in identifying and recommending process improvements
